- 2 oz 21Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila
- 2 oz apple cider (if you want to make your own, check Kat's recipe below)
- 1/4 oz fresh orange juice
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 bottle 21Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila
- 3 cups apple cider (if you want to make your own, check Kat's recipe below)
- 3 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz orange juice
- 3 oz simple syrup
- 1.Dry shake
- 2.Serve on ice and garnish with dried orange or slice of fresh orange and full cinnamon stick
Kat’s Apple Cider Recipe
Homemade Apple Cider
Course:Cocktails
Prep Time:10 mins
- 10 large apples, quartered
- 1 orange, quartered
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp whole allspice
- 1 whole nutmeg
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1.In a large stockpot over medium heat, add apples, oranges, spices, and brown sugar.
- 2.Cover with water by at least 2”.
- 3.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, 2 hours.
- 4.Remove orange halves, then use a potato masher or wooden spoon to mash apples.
- 5.Return to a simmer and let simmer uncovered for 1 hour more.
- 6.Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing on solids with a wooden spoon to squeeze all juices out. Discard solids. Cool.
